I found this recipe on the internet--and have made it multiple times.

4 pork chops (bone in or out, depending on preference)
1 vidalia onion, sliced
2t. seasoned salt
2t. garlic powder
1/2t. black pepper
1/2t. paprika
1/2c. flour
1/2c. oil
2c. water
Combine salt, garlic, pepper, and paprika. Pat pork chops dry and rub both sides with seasonings. Coat in flour (reserve left over flour). Cook 3 min on each side in oiled pan. Remove. Add onion and cook until golden brown. Add remaining flour to skillet (add small amount water if necessary). Stir until golden brown. Add 2c. water to gravy. Bring to a boil. Add pork chops and simmer 1 hour.
I usually add a little more water and 1 package of pork gravy before adding the pork chops.

Ooo, nice photo and recipe! Dave is lucky to have a good cook - especially since he seems a little "inexperienced" at cooking himself. ;o)
I had a dream about you last night. I drove you insane ... literally. Then I had to take care of you like you were a two year old. I'm not THAT bad, am I?
