Root Beer Cake

So every afternoon I have a STRONG craving for chocolate. I was surfing the internet and came across the weight watchers recipe for diet coke cake. Well, I didn't have any diet coke, but had a lot of root beer left over from Dave's birthday. So I used that instead...and can I say it is the best cake I've possibly ever had. But it wasn't enough so I had to make some root beer icing to bring out the flavor. YUMM!

Root Beer Cake:
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can (12oz) root beer

Blend well, cook according to directions. (No, you don't need to use eggs or oil)

Rootbeer Icing
(this was enough for a light layer on a 9x13)
1c. powdered sugar
2T butter
2T milk
1/2-1t root beer concentrate (to desired taste)

Allow cake to cool, then spoon on icing. ENJOY!

(I ate too much before i thought about blogging it, so i stole this picture from www.realmomkitchen.blogspot.com)

What is root beer concentrate? Do you have to stare at it for a long time?
